North Carolina food truck competition planned for Saturday

The sixth annual N.C. Food Truck State Championship will take place from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday at Commerce Square in downtown Randleman, according to a Winston-Salem Journal report.

A judges panel will determine first-through-third place winners for trucks' dishes, awarding cash prizes and trophies during the event, which will also feature entertainment, a beer garden and vendors.
