North Carolina outlet mall to host weekend food truck event

Tanger Outlets, an outlet mall in Mebane, North Carolina, will host a food truck event from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Aug. 18 and 19, according to the company's website. There will be a live DJ in addition to the food trucks. Attendees with a TangerClub card will be entitled to a free gift at the TangerClub booth.

Trucks on Saturday will include: Arepa Culture; Baconessence; Baguetteaboutit; Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream; Big Mike's BBQ; Dusty Donuts; Fasyrah's Lemonade; Hickory Tree Turkey BBQ; Kona Ice; Love Concessions; Morfa Empanadas; Oak City Fish and Chips; Queso Monster; Smoothie King; Thai Box Zing; and Virgil's Jamaica.

Trucks on Sunday will include: Apple Babies; Bamboo Cookhouse; Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream; Big Mike's BBQ; Dusty Donuts; Fasyrah's Lemonade; Gussy's Greek; Hickory Tree BBQ; Kona Ice; Love Concessions; Oak City Fish and Chips; Off The Hook Seafood; and Virgil's Jamaica.
