The Relish food truck, in Lake Lure, North Carolina isn't just a favorite among foodies in the western mountain area of the state. It's building a cult following that includes tourists and locals.
The truck, run by chef Eric Taylor and wife Schoor, isn't offering up the traditional taco. Ingredients range from elk to antelope sausage and chile toreados, according to an Eater Carolinas report.
"Everything I was taught about making your own stock and sauces and making things fresh? That goes in here," Eric Taylor told the news outlet. "Every week, it's new sauces and making sausage. That's the main thing for us: Everything's got to be fresh. Everything. We don't use anything out of the box; we barely fry anything."
