North Carolina town mulls food truck code

The Blowing Rock Town Council, in North Carolina, is meeting this week to consider adjusting its merchant code to include a provision that would allow food trucks.

The council, according to a Go Blue Ridge report, may ask the planning board to make recommendations. If such a provision is crafted it would be the subject of a public hearing at some point, according to the report.
