North Carolina town to begin food truck festivals

The first Festival of Food Trucks will be held 5-8:30 p.m., April 6, on Main Street in downtown Mooresville, North Carolina, featuring beer, wine and live music, according to the Mooresville Patch. Main Street will be closed between Moore and Iredell avenues, while Moore Avenue will be closed between the railroad tracks and Main Street.

Festivals will also be held May 4, June 1, July 6, Aug. 3, Sept. 7 and Oct. 5.

Food trucks will include Hiya Food truck, Lady Go-Go's, Lobster Dogs-Food Truck, Mambo on Ruedas, Maryland Crab Co. Llc, Nana's Porch, Sal's Roadside Eatery, Smokey J's BBQ, Two Chicks and A Truck, What The Fries CLT, Wingz On Wheelz and Yummi Banh Mi.
