North Texas food truck delivers a taste of Chicago

The Portillo's brand, which has more than 60 locations serving up Chicago-style hot dogs, is launching a North Texas store and sending its food truck, the Beef Bus, to herald the restaurant opening coming later this year.

The brand's hot dogs are made with Vienna Beef with a wide variety of toppings. It also sells Italian beef sandwiches and chocolate cake shakes, according to a Dallas Observer report.

The Beef Bus will be on the streets in North Texas from July 11 to 23 and parking to serve up fare at a wide variety of locations.
