City officials in Juneau, Alaska, are considering a proposal to turn a city park into a food truck court.
Currently, the "park" is a gravel lot used mainly for construction equipment parking, a report by SFGate said.
Food truck owner David McCasland applied to buy the property, but was turned down by the city because it did not want to sell rights to the property while it had projects underway nearby.
The city is now considering whether to lease the land to McCasland, the report said.
