July 13, 2018

The Vermillion, Ohio, city council legislative committee will consider a food truck ordinance on July 16. As drafted, the ordinance requires food truck owners to obtain a permit from the police department and provide information about their employees, according to The Morning Journal.

Food truck owners would also be required to supply photos of the vehicle and a list of the locations where it will serve, and certify that the truck has passed inspection by the Erie County Board of Health.
