Ohio food truck expands with brick-and-mortar eatery

Fans of the Holy Crepes food truck in Columbus, Ohio will be happy to learn the owners are opening a brick-and-mortar presence on Longshore Street in Dublin.

The restaurant is expected to launch this summer. The food truck, run by Enis Ndreu, has been serving up a menu of crepes for the past five years, according to a 614 report.

"We're thrilled to be joining the North Market Bridge Park community of merchants this summer," Ndreu said in a press release. "We're excited to bring our delicious crepes and other treats to the Dublin area and to be a part of the North Market's commitment to showcasing local businesses."
