Ohio food truck launching restaurant in March

The Hot Mess food truck in Columbus, Ohio is about a month off from opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant.

Plans were initially announced in the fall of 2021, according to a 614 report. The truck sells mac and cheese and burgers with some unique twists such as a bacon jam burger.

Co-owner Andrea Ciardelli said the restaurant will allow an expanded menu.
