Ohio food truck opening brick-and-mortar location

The Fork in Nigeria, an African food truck in Columbus, Ohio, is opening a brick-and-mortar site that was previously home to Buck City Sammies in East Market.

A kitchen, which will open on March 1, according to a 614 report, is the first step toward a permanent physical location, according to co-owner Dr. Joanne Mapis.

"We'll be offering only two or three meats, and a lot of the more traditional items that take longer to make won't be on the menu. All of our key items will be there, though: the fufu, the jollof rice and definitely some wings," Mapis told the news outlet.
