Ohio food truck opens physical BBQ restaurant

Columbiana, Ohio food truck Smoke Worx Street Cuisine recently opened a brick-and-mortar BBQ restaurant called Smoke Worx Village Table 4.1. The food truck has been in operation since 2010, according to a report by WKBN 27.

The truck has pulled pork, brisket and other BBQ side items.

"This isn't anything like what happens in a trailer. Food is the same, but there's so much more involved. When we were approached about this, it was 4.1 miles from where we started. So I thought it was important to add it to the name of our brick and mortar," owner Lee-DePillo said in the report.
