Ohio town home to 'food truck on steroids'

There are food trucks and then there are food trucks that defy the traditional definition.

One is Ox-B's in Pataskala, Ohio which just launched a second food truck in Newark, Ohio and may soon open a restaurant in Heath, according to a Newark Advocate report.

Ox-B's is a food truck created from shipping containers and weigh about 30,000 pounds, according to the report. It's seating area is following social distancing rules and everyone is wearing a mask. The operator is considering using smaller ones for future expansion as they're easier and cheaper to move.
