Ohio town to regulate food trucks

July 24, 2018

The Huber Heights, Ohio, city council has voted to ask the planning commission to draft legislation regulating food trucks in response to growing requests to operate food trucks, according to WDTN-TV.

Lawmakers want regulations to establish licensing and registration of food trucks, as well as times and locations for operation. The city previously has permitted food trucks to operate at festivals.
