Ohio village to restrict food trucks

July 18, 2018

Lawmakers in Oakwood, Ohio, on Monday declined to pass a law that would have allowed food trucks to serve food on village streets, and instead proposed a new law placing more restrictions on food trucks, according to WHIO-TV.

City Manager Norbert Klopsch said that under the newly proposed law, food trucks will be allowed only on an event basis and at the request of property owners.
