Oklahoma food truck event to feature back-to-school theme

Food Truck Thursday's "Downtown School Daze" is scheduled for 6-8 p.m. Thursday, August 31 in downtown Claremore, Oklahoma, according to The Claremore Daily Progress.

Jessica Jackson, executive director, Claremore Main Street, said in addition to food trucks, there will be performances from local musicians, late night shopping and a free kids zone by Cedar Point Church.

Participating food trucks are Curbside Comfort, Ropin Flamingo Italian Ice, Not Your Grandma's Cupcakes, Maw & Paw Kettle Corn, Alpha Grill Food Truck, The Bacon Food Truck, BackWatters BBQ, Breenie'Z Soft Pretzels, C&J Concessions, Dorothy's Wiches, Hoops Philly Truck, Jen's Java, Kona Ice, La Hermosa Taco Truck, MooChewSooey BBQ, My Baby Can Cook, Purple People Feeders, Taqueria El Jarocho and Wild Al's Food Truck.
