On The Move Inc. consolidates food truck production in San Antonio area

On The Move Inc., a food truck manufacturer, has finalized an agreement with Shook Mobile Technology, a San Antonio-based truck manufacturer, to consolidate all of its production in a larger facility in the area, according to a press release.

Shook's production facility is 70,000 square feet and is equipped to manufacture all three of On The Move's food truck models, including its patented extended slide out.

On The Move provides service at the production facility, said Jason Lively, a food truck sales associate. Service is also provided by Camping World, the Bowling Green, Kentucky based, global RV dealership.
