Oregon city launching pilot food truck program

North Bend, a city in Oregon, is getting ready to launch a Food Truck Mondays pilot program.

Food truck operators interested in participating will need to get a safety inspection from the local fire department as well as pass a county health inspection, according to a KCBY report.

The food truck pilot will run through Jan. 31, 2022.
