An Oregon family that runs a fishing operation has launched a food truck and all family members are playing a role.

The food truck is called Oregon Fishmongers and its owned by David and Amabelle Kimball, who run a commercial fishing boat called the F/V Gracie Arlene.

Their teen children are helping out in cooking, order taking and serving, according to a Newport News Times report. The truck, of course, bases its menu items on freshly caught fish as well as seafood items.

"We saw a need in the area for this kind of food truck," David Kimball told the news outlet. "We prepare food that is unique to the coast. We are always trying out seasonal items, but everything is fresh caught and cooked to order."
