Oregon food truck gets starring role in Academy Awards show commercial

A Talent, Oregon food truck was in the national spotlight Sunday night, starring in a national commercial during the Academy Awards program.

The Daddy Ramen Food Truck landed in the commercial after the ad's director heard about the devastating fire that destroyed the truck as well as the owner's home, according to a KOB15.com report.

The owners now have a new truck and will soon resume serving their Asian cuisine in the next few weeks.
