Oregon home to BBQ food truck with a southern flair

One of the newest food trucks in La Grande, Oregon is Jimmy B's BBQ which is up and running at 702 Adams Ave.

It's run by Jimmy Burgess, who grew up in South Carolina, and discovered his love for BBQ at the tender age of 10, according to a report in The Observer.

"I just love cooking," Burgess told the news outlet.

The food truck operates Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the menu features a rotation of meat, from pulled pork to brisket and chicken. Side dishes include potato salad and baked mac and cheese.

On Wednesday the menu is all about hot dogs, sausages and bratwurst.
