The Street Eats GR, an outdoor food truck court in Grand Rapids, Michigan is opening its doors after closing in mid 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Opening day will be in May, according to a MLive.com report, and the restaurant group that owns the court, CDKI Dining, is excited about the news.
"After watching the food truck trend take off in cities such as Austin, Detroit and Traverse City, we are very excited to reintroduce the food truck court concept to Grand Rapids, especially given this past year's unusual year with our global pandemic," Geoff Gaskin, president of CDKI Dining, told the news outlet.
The court will run Wednesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and there is a full service bar and seating, according to the report.
