Paducah, Kentucky home to new food truck park

Paducah, Kentucky in McCracken County is home to a food truck park that should be completed by the end of May.

The food truck park, at Hinkleville and Olivert Church Road is owned by Bart Rudolph who told The Paducah Sun he got the idea for the park after a visit to Texas.

"This parcel of land there had been for sale for a long time, and it was just a perfect location to put one," Rudolph told the news outlet.

The park is scheduled to be open every day of the week with a maximum of five food trucks on the site.
