Pennsylvania considers bill to streamline food truck licenses

A Pennsylvania state bill will allow food trucks, stands and stalls to obtain a license from just one municipality that would be good anywhere in the state, according to The Morning Call.

Local governments are fighting the change, citing concerns about safety and enforcement.

The House has not yet voted on the bill. A similar bill last year never made it out of committee.
