Pennsylvania event to feature food trucks

"Whisper in the Country," featuring food trucks and entertainment, will be held from noon to 8 p.m. July 17-20, at 9333 Tate Road on Greene Township municipal building grounds in Erie County, Pennsylvania. Admission is $5 to benefit township parks and recreation, said organizer Rich Konkol, who operates IronStone Meadery in rented space in the township municipal building, according to goerie.com.

The event began last year with one food truck and is expected to expand to nine or 10 trucks this year, Konkol said. In addition, there will be live entertainment and demonstrations by a martial arts group.
