Pennsylvania town gets a bit of soul

One of the latest food trucks in Williamsport, Pennsylvania is Soul Food City, operating on Cemetery Street and owned by Isaiah and Brittney Mills.

The food truck held a quiet launch last week and is now up and running from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., according to a North Central PA report.

"The support is phenomenal. Our city, the people of our city are great. They come out and show so much love," Brittney Mills told the news outlet.
