Pittsburgh's first food truck park to open in April

The Pittsburgh Food Park, the city's first food truck park, will hold its kickoff party from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., on April 6,  according to its Facebook page. The park, located at 1923 River Front Dr., will feature a daily rotation of food trucks, a beer garden rotating more than 30 local drafts, a performance venue, an event space and a game yard.

Trucks will include Pgh Pierogi Truck, Pgh Po'boy, Brisketburgh, Mac & Gold Truck, Pittsburgh Sandwich Society, Doce Taqueria, Pittsburgh Smokehouse and Sugar and Spice Ice Cream Truck.
