Plant-based food truck opens in Bloomington

Planted Bloomington recently opened in Bloomington, Indiana. The plant-based food truck offers open-faced sandwiches with wooden spoons and forks. Owner Nicole Schoemann said that the food truck aims to honor the earth and animals, according to a report by The Herald-Times.

The food truck will also offer coconut-based ice creams and two types of kombucha. The menu will be seasonal and Schoemann expects to add a loaded mushroom dish similar to loaded nachos in the near future.
