Plant-based Hawaii food truck cooks up more than just breakfast

Foodies loving a plant-based diet who live in Hawaii now have a food truck option offering breakfast, lunch and dinner items.

The Blondie's Plant Based Food Truck, owned by Paula Rae and daughter, Cybil, have put together a made-to-order menu that includes everything from breakfast plates to vegan cheeseburgers and tacos, according to a Frolic Hawaii report.

The truck is located in the Lowe's Home Improvement parking lot, at 411 Pacific St., in Iwilei, from Tuesday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
