Plover, Wisconsin, has approved food trucks to park at reserved spaces at Lake Pacawa Park. They will be allowed to set up there Monday through Thursday from May to the third Thursday in October, according to a report by Point/Plover Metro Wire.
Food truck operators can pay $75 a day for a spot or $400 for six days. The Parks Development Committee approved this ordinance on Dec. 17, 2025. This is an exception to the village's rule of selling food or beverages at public parks and only applies to Lake Pacawa Park.
In order to reserve a park, food trucks need an annual permit and a day-use permit for the spot.
