FastCasual.com has teamed up with Dosh to find out how restaurants are faring in 2021 vs. 2020, and we want to hear from as many readers as possible. The poll, which consists of about 20 questions, will help us determine how COVID-19 has changed operations as well as how many of those changes will be permanent as we enter recovery mode.
