Popular South Dakota food truck venture expands

The Watecha Bowl food truck is back under original ownership in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and the owners are expanding with a second truck.

The food truck serves up Native American fare and owners Lawrence and Sophie West will use the second truck for big events both locally and regionally, according to a Sioux Falls.business report.

The couple also run a restaurant and have plans to expand that as well both with the menu and physical space.
