Porchetta food truck lands in Florida

Porchettoni, a food truck featuring Roman street fare such as old school porchetta, is doing business in St. Petersburg, Florida.

The truck is at Grand Central, at 2180 1st Ave. N., according to an I Love The Burg report. Porchetta is a pork roast that uses culinary cooking passed down in Rome, Italy.

The owner is Chef Allessandro Toglia who opened his first restaurant in Rome 11 years ago. The eatery was featured on Travel Channel's Anthony Bourdain series, according to the report.
