Gnarly Knots food truck will open at Bayfront in Erie, Pennsylvania at the second floor of Dobbins Landing. The food truck will offer sandwiches on pretzel buns, according to a report by Erie News Now.

Owner Tim Sedney said he came up with the idea for a food truck on the landing during a trip to Florida.
