Property management firm seeks food trucks to serve at Jamaican beach

Guardsman Hospitality, a property development and management company in Discovery Bay, Jamaica, has invited food truck operators to apply to serve customers at Fort Clarence Beach which the company is managing, according to a Jamaica Observer report.

Laura Heron, general manager of Guardsman Hospitality, said the company is in the final phase of completing remedial work at the beach and is looking forward to welcoming the public on Sunday, Dec. 15.

Guardsman Hospitality wants to schedule food trucks since it does not plan to operate any food facilities at the site, which will also include an entertainment complex and eco-park, Heron said.

The company also operates Puerto Seco Beach, Hope Zoo and Konoko Falls.
