A proposed law regulating food trucks and pushcart vendors in Chillicothe, Ohio, is ready for a vote after nearly two years of wrangling, according to a report in the Chillicothe Gazette.
The law would establish new rules for fees, hours of operation, vehicle requirements and waste collection. Some operators have raised fresh concerns about provisions regulating hours of operation and use of food trucks on private property.
A full council vote is expected within approximately two weeks.
