Quad Cities residents launch a community-focused food truck

Brothers Emmanuel and Eric Juarez, who live in the Quad Cities, have launched a food truck, Café Luci, that aims to provide community support.

Quad Cities encompasses five cities across Iowa and Illinois.

The truck, according to a OurQuadCities report, offers everything from veggie breakfast burritos to hot dogs as well as a wide variety of salsas.

Whatever the truck doesn't sell the operators donate to community groups.

"We want to do something were we can always provide something for someone you know everyone should eat that's kinda the thing at our house," Emmanuel Juarez told the news outlet.
