Rapper Jaden Smith launches vegan food truck to feed the homeless

Rapper Jaden Smith this past weekend launched a food truck in downtown Los Angeles offering free healthy and vegan food to the homeless, according to a toofab.com report.

He posted a video of volunteers for his truck, called I Love You Restaurant, giving out food to hundreds of homeless people on Skid Row.

His Instagram posts drew praise from celebrities and others.

The 21-year-old, the son of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, said the truck is "the first of many."
