Restaurants weigh in on food truck regulations in Mississippi town

February 21, 2018

Restaurant owners and managers told lawmakers in Tupelo, Mississippi, that there needs to be some sort of ordinance for food trucks, according to WCBI-TV.

Leslie Nabors, marketing manager for Buffalo Wild Wings in Tupelo, said a regulation is needed to make sure that food truck operators do their cooking in the truck and not at home.

Food truck operators had a chance to share their views on the issue in December. It is not known when, or if the council will come up with a food truck ordinance, however.
