Roaming Gourmet now roaming in Colorado

One of the newest food trucks on the road in Vail, Colorado is the Roaming Gourmet, which sells Colorado-raised meat options and fresh produce.

The truck operates Tuesday, and Wednesday through Sunday, from 3:30 p.m. to just about 10 p.m., according to a Vail Daily report. It is located adjacent to Bonfire Brewing in Eagle.

The truck is operated by Adrienne Sirianni Cavallario and she has plans to launch another truck.

All menu items are made on-site and the options are wide-ranging, from tacos to pork banh mi.
