Rollin' Along cake roll food truck opening in Pennsylvania

Owner Lori Zarichnak plans to launch her Rollin' Along food truck in Freeport, Pennsylvania. This food truck will offer cake rolls that she bakes, according to a report by Trib Live.

The food truck will sell cake, sandwiches and breakfast rolls and cookies with prices ranging from $3.50 to $7. The sandwich rolls will be made of Mancini dough and stuffed with ham, cheese and other filings.

The truck will launch at the Rally at the Park event in Kunkle Park in Washington Township.
