Salem, Oregon gets its third food truck pod

The North Block Food Pod, on the corner of Liberty and Division streets by Marion Square Park, recently opened, becoming Salem, Oregon's third food truck pod, according to the Statesman Journal. 

Sample This launched the pod on Dec. 14 next to a small indoor seating space with a fireplace and large windows. 

Kyes Cuisines, a former tenant at Barrel & Keg and Beehive Station's food truck pods, joined North Block in late December.

Little Food Gypsy, currently at Beehive Station, plans to join the three trucks already at the new pod starting Jan. 6, according to its Facebook page.

Another food pod is set to open this year near Four Corners.
