San Antonio features weekend food truck festival

The SATX Food Truck Festival will run today through Sunday at 1916 Austin Highway in San Antonio, according to KSAT-TV. The festival, hosted by KSAT 12 and StreetFare SA Food Truck Park, features free admission and will be from 5 p.m. to midnight Friday, 11 a.m. to midnight Saturday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday. The festival is free to attend.

Random prizes will be available to attendees. On Friday, the first 150 to enter the park will get a free pair of StreetFare sunglasses. 

Trucks attending are as follows:

Friday: Bob & Timmy's on Wheel;, Golden Street Taco, Purple Pig BBQ; Rooster's; Saint Queenies; Slider Provider; Twisted Traditions and What the Waffle. 

Saturday: Ay, Chihuahua Tacos; Berbere Ethiopian Cuisine; Bob & Timmy's on Wheels; Datz It, Datz All; MalDonado's Grill; R&J Smokin and The Asian Peach. 

Sunday: Bob & Timmy's on Wheels; Dos Papi's Tacos; Llalla's Empanadas; Mesquite Shack BBQ; Poke Man Sushi Bowls; Red Smitty's Soul Snapper; Rooster's and The Asian Peach.
