San Antonio food truck park opens for business

The El Camino is the latest food truck park in San Antonio, Texas and is now open for business at 1009 Avenue B, near River Walk.

The park offers diverse food truck fare as well as art by local artists, according to a San Antonio Current report.

The owner, Ricky Ortiz, hopes it becomes the place friends meet up for good cocktails in a low-key outdoor venue.

The park, itself, is an artistic creation with local artists providing vibrant graphic elements, according to the news outlet.

"The art was important to me because San Antonio is becoming more and more known for its street art and the style you'll see is a good representation of the Latino culture here," Ortiz told MySA.

The official grand opening will take place June 17.
