San Francisco food truck market drawing unique participants

The Off the Grid street food party taking place in San Francisco is luring some unique and innovative food trucks and mobile eateries, including a luxury cake truck.

The market, which runs on Fridays through June 23, will be home to dozens of culinary talents with menus ranging from soul food to rice balls to BBQ, according to a report at The San Francisco Standard.

"It's a chance to be recognized as a great food truck in the Bay Area," chef Erika Sanchez told the news outlet.
