San Francisco restaurant morphs into a food truck

A pizzeria in the Mission District of San Francisco is switching business gears after closing and re-emerging as a food truck.

The Mozzeria, a popular eatery for just under nine years, shuttered due to COVID-19 closures and city requirements regarding earthquake safety retrofitting, according to a Mission Local report.

The Mozzeria food truck already has a slew of appearances set up and its brick-and-mortar legacy lives on in Washington, D.C. with a location that opened at the end of summer.
