Second Food Truck Corral planned for Glen Falls, New York

The Shirt Factory, a factory building housing an assortment of shops and art studios, will hold a second "Food Truck Corral" from 5 to 8 p.m. July 20 at the courtyard at the corner of Lawrence and Cooper streets in Glens Falls, New York, according to The Post Star.

The first event exceeded expectations last week as three of the eight food trucks sold out of food by 7:30 p.m., according to Eric Unkauf, owner of The Shirt Factory.

The July 20 event is expected to have as many as 16 food trucks.

Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council is exploring ways to partner with The Shirt Factory to add more arts features to the event.
