Shuttered Texas restaurant returns to its roots

The Counter Culture vegan restaurant, in Austin, Texas which began as a food truck and became a full-fledged restaurant three years later, is now back operating as a food truck enterprise.

Owner Sue Davis closed her physical location in 2022, after a decade in business, and had been looking at relocating before deciding to move back into food truck operation, according to an Eater Austin report.

The food truck will serve up its fare near the University of Texas at Austin campus.
