Watecha Bowl, a Native American run restaurant, has reopened in Sioux Falls, South Dakota as a food truck. The truck will serve Indian tacos, bison burger, wojapi and fry bread, hot dogs, chicken strips and loaded French fries, according to a report by Sioux Falls Business.

The restaurant shut down this year, and owner Lawrence West, a member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe, attempted to reopen it in Freeman but was unable due to city health codes. As a result, West decided to purchase the former Big Orange Food Truck and reopen it as Watecha Bowl at a powwow.

"It's just me. I'm keeping it small and simple. I just want to focus on selling Indian tacos. That's it," West said in the report.
