South Carolina food truck offers a bite at the beach

One of the latest food trucks in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is called Beach Bites and it's name is on target as it offers what most beach goers crave — burgers, wraps and quesadillas.

The truck was launched in the fall of 2022 and is owned by Rick Vallante, according to a WBTW report.

"Worked in corporate restaurants my whole life. 23 years as a general manager, decided that I was tired of working for somebody else," Vallante told the news outlet. "Wanted to get out and on my own, and my wife and I, my wife still works in corporate restaurants. She's a general manager, going on 30 years now, so she gets to do the hard work and I get to play."
